Professional Bio
Lindsay Keach Bronstein, MS, RD, LDN, HC is an integrative dietitian and health coach with 15 years experience in private practice, integrative medical and community health settings. Combining her expertise in both clinical and integrative/mind-body nutrition with the latest science of behavior change, a sense of humor and a fierce love of food, Lindsay guides her patients through the small but powerful shifts that allow them to experience sustainable transformation both on and off the plate. She offers a warm, practical approach and profound respect for the uniqueness and wisdom of all bodies. Lindsay has particular interest in working with digestive disorders, migraine, autoiummune and inflammatory disorders and relationship to food and body. She believes that vibrant health is available to people of all shapes and sizes.
Lindsay is a preferred provider at the Osher Clinical Center for Integrative Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where she is a facilitator in the ongoing small group program “Integrative Approaches to Headache Management”. She is also a regular lecturer for the Harvard Integrative Medicine Fellowship program and is on faculty for the Vanderbilt Health Coaching Program for licensed health care professionals. Lindsay has taught and developed curricula for nutrition and healthy cooking workshops in a range of corporate, academic and community settings.
With a BA from Stanford University, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University, and certificates in Health Coaching and Integrative Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Columbia Teacher's College, Lindsay completed her clinical dietetic training in the San Francisco bay area, with special rotations in digestive and brain health at California Pacific Medical Center. She has pursued continuing education in functional medicine, culinary and mind-body medicine.
When not inspiring her patients to make healthy changes in their kitchens and in their lives, Lindsay can be found walking in nature, practicing yoga, making messes and dancing wildly and without skill (often in the kitchen) with her young son and daughter. Both are fans of Lindsay’s famous green smoothies, which they call “shoomies”.
“I regularly refer patients to Lindsay for nutritional health coaching. She has deep emotional intelligence combined with a kind, thoughtful, accepting and playful manner—a rare combination. My patients love to work with her.”
— Donald Levy, MD, Medical Director, Osher Clinical Center for Integrative Medicine
